From our original premises on Kingstown Industrial Estate, we have consistently expanded to meet demand. In 2020, we launched the Tool Centre store, a vital milestone in our journey. Now, with the opening of our new, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Longtown, we continue to build on that legacy.
Spanning an impressive 16,500 square feet of internal storage and supported by a 1.23-acre concrete yard, the Longtown facility allows us to enhance operations and meet the growing needs of our customers across the UK. This expansion marks a significant chapter, not just for our business but also for the community, bringing new job opportunities and modern training spaces for staff development.
The space our new Distribution Hub gives us has enabled the installation of a state-of-the-art AdBlue line. This addition has completely transformed our operations, putting us on par with major players across the UK.
With this advanced setup at our Longtown distribution centre, we can now deliver an impressive 5,000 litres of AdBlue per hour – a significant improvement from our previous output of 5,000 litres every three hours.
This means we’re now producing one pallet every 20 minutes, compared to the old rate of one pallet every 50 minutes. These advancements not only allow us to meet the growing demand but also ensure we continue providing the quality and reliability our customers trust.
