We stock a large selection of chain and chain components and can make lifting and lashing chains from stock while you wait.
All lifting and lashing equipment sold is recorded, test certificates are issued, and customers are notified just before their 6-month inspection is due. We have qualified personnel in-house to carry out inspections and for large amounts of testing, we offer testing at your site to ensure minimum disruption to your business.

We stock manual chain lifting equipment, hoists, chain blocks, and more, and if there are any items not in stock, we are able to get these sourced and built within 48 hours.
We carry two different sizes of ratchet dwangs for use with lashing chains and these can be supplied with a test certificate if required. We also have a large selection of dee and bow shackles available from 1 ton to 25 ton capacity, along with various other lifting eyes.
If your business is within a 120-mile radius of Carlisle, we offer a collection and delivery service at no extra charge for new chains and tested chains – this service is normally completed within 3 working days.
